three bistro wine bar @ marina sqaure

Serving modern european cuisine with a local touch, Three bistro wine bar is one of many new bistros that has opened in the newly furnished marina square. A great place to chill after work, it serves a variety of wine, beers and liquors coupled with  live band on certain days.

Roasted Tomato Delight (3Hands)

Tomato roasted with garlic, zucchini and fresh herbs. Very refreshing after a long day's work and before you start on your drinks.

Oven baked escargots (3Hands)

braised escargots baked with garlic butter and cheese. Could taste more garlic then the escargots, but also a way to paper off the somewhat snailish after taste.

Grilled Foie Gras (4Hands)

Not a fan of Foie Gras but this was quite nicely done. Served with a charcoal bun and maple syrup, the sweetness compliments the fatty goose liver and the charcoal bread absorbs the melted fats in your mouth.

Spicy Chicken Casserole (3Hands)

Chicken cubes in a tomato base, served with toasted butter bread. It might be a simple dish, but it is one which  warms the stomach. That spice in the bowl adds to the punch.

Sirloin Steak (2Hands)

The table felt it could be better. Married with black better sauce, the slab of beef wasn't up to the mark which we expected it to be, prolly one of those nights.

Swiss Rosti with Trio Sausages (4Hands)

Rosti was perfectly done. Crispy outside, yet filled with potatoes as a whole. A great plate to share with friends. Bratwurst, Chorizo and Chipolata sausages accompanies the rosti and it was one of the better dish we had.

family promo

the drinks (awesome)

I guess the most attractive thing to me is the variety of beers and alcohol here. The promotions Three bistro wine bar has also makes it affordable and enticing for me to visit with friends after work.

overallreview: shauneeie3hands. Located centrally around marina, three bistro wine bar is a good place to relax and unwind after a long day's work. I love most about the place is the promotions it has on alcohol. Aside, I wouldn't rate the food highly, but there were certainly dishes that met my expectations.
