Good news! O’ Coffee Club rolled out an extensive all-day breakfast menu for the sleepyheads, who wish to sleep in for a little more. No matter what time it is, you can get your breakfast fix from a selection of comfort food, and hearty staples.
For the gym buffs, who are looking to bulk up, consider the classic yet hearty Eggs Benedict ($10.90). Nothing speaks perfection like two poached eggs with their runny insides that flow like a waterfall. Top it off with a choice of smoked salmon, ham or Mangalica bacon, atop the crunchy ciabatta. Smothered in creamy hollandaise sauce with a sprinkle of dill, and your nutrients have been well covered.
If you’ve got a hankering for something sweet, go for the three-tiered Waffle Stacker ($19.90). My advice is to share because the portions are generous. They aren’t your average waffles, my friends. Opt for these stacks of happiness, only if you have a voracious appetite.
Three brown waffles get a makeover with scrambled eggs, and Mangalica bacon stuffed between each layer. Last but not the least, drizzle over a choice of coffee maple syrup, gula melaka (palm sugar) cream or a regular maple syrup – any of these could give you the extra high.
Or, maybe you could do with a French Toast on a lazy weekend. This classic dish gets reinvented with fried Pullman French Toast, and served with a generous dollop of orange-infused Mascarpone cheese. Take the bottle of coffee maple syrup and pour over the fluffy, golden brown pillows for a sweet finish.
