Located along the front of Sixth Ave at Bukit Timah, Meat N
Chill is a booze and meat lovers’ fantasy. Conveniently located a couple
minutes walk from the new Sixth Ave Downtown Line, this is one more reason for
you to venture to the west.
Meat N Chill will
be having its one year anniversary special starting April 2016. Named the
“Giant Meat Platter” ($100), this large serving of Meat N Chill’s finest
selections is served on a large wooden tray.
Meat N Chill’s Meat platter features hearty portions of meat
such as grilled Salmon, Cajun Fried Chicken, Ribeye Steak and Pork Ribs with
free flow of drinks and sides (serves 4 pax; max 6pax - additional 5th &
6th pax pays only $5 each). Found the pork ribs and Fried chicken to be quite
good. The ribs were tender and marinated well while the Fried Chicken was
battered with a good amount of flour and deep fried till golden crisp.
If you’re still hungry for more do also try the Spam Fries
which is served in the original Spam tin. Thinly sliced and deep fried, it’s
probably worth your weekend cheat calories intake.
overallreview: shauneeie3.5hands. A great place to bring the family for an occasion. While they serve booze and meats, the environment seems very homely and family like. We had a good feast of meats - would definitely pick the ribs and chicken as my favorite choices here.
